Enter the building and go straight to the elevator. Go up to the 4th floor. When you exit the elevator, go straight and then turn right at the first opportunity. The apartment is the first door on the left, number 46.
The NUKI smart lock can be opened with the combination xxxx – THE SMART LOCK CODE CAN BE FOUND IN THE GUEST ADVISOR APP, CLICK ON THE “ROOM ACCESS” MENU ITEM WHEN THE APARTMENT IS READY .
Using NUKI smart lock:
1. Enter the code to open
2. Wait for the mechanism to fully open the lock (do not push the door until the process is complete)
Locking and opening from the inside:
There is a button on the inside of the lock – press this to lock or unlock the system
Please use the airbnb/booking chat interface as your primary communication channel.
Online Check-In Guide
If you booked through Airbnb, you received a message in the platform’s chat. In case of a Booking.com reservation, you received it in the Booking app chat, and you also received an email with instructions to download the Guest Advisor application.
This message contains your invitation code required for the first login.
In the application, you can complete the mandatory online check-in. As part of this process, you must scan the identification documents of all arriving guests.
To help you, we have also prepared a short video explaining the process:

If you cannot find the Wi-Fi network name or your device is not connecting, please find the router in your apartment and restart it. To do this, unplug the device from the power source, wait at least 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. It may take a few minutes for the network to become available again.
