Bejutási útmutató
A főbejárati kapunál talál egy számzáras billentyűzetet.
A kód: C379X.Miután bejutott a kapun, menjen a bejárati ajtó melletti teraszra. Ott talál egy kulcsszéfet.
A kapu mellett, a falon elhelyeztünk egy kulcsszéfet, amelyben a lakás kulcsai találhatók. A kulcsszéfet a GUEST ADVISOR ALKALMAZÁSBAN TALÁLHATÓ KÓDDAL, A "ROOM ACCESS" MENÜPONTBAN, AMIKOR A LAKÁS ELKÉSZÜLT kombinációval tudja kinyitni.
3. Távozáskor kérjük, minden esetben húzza fel a kilincset, mielőtt bezárja az ajtót.
Kérjük, elsődleges kommunikációs csatornaként az airbnb/booking chat felületet használja.
Vészhelyzet esetén, vagy ha 30 percen belül nem válaszolunk.

A kulcsdobozt a Guest Advisor alkalmazásban található kóddal tudod kinyitni – amikor az apartman készen áll, kattints a „Room access” menüpontra, ott látni fogod a kódot.
Kérjük, minden esetben húzd fel a kilincset, mielőtt bezárod az ajtót távozáskor.
A gördülékeny kommunikáció érdekében kérjük, hogy Airbnb/Booking chatet használj elsődleges üzenetküldési felületként.
Szeretnénk felhívni a figyelmet, hogy a háznál található bogrács és grill használata esetén azok kitakarítása és tiszta állapotban történő átadása a vendég felelőssége. Kérjük, hogy távozáskor ezeket ugyanolyan tiszta állapotban hagyják, ahogyan átvették.
Amennyiben a bogrács vagy a grill nem megfelelően kitakarított állapotban kerül átadásra, fenntartjuk a jogot 200 EUR összegű pótdíj felszámítására.

Online Check-In Guide
If you booked through Airbnb, you received a message in the platform’s chat. In case of a Booking.com reservation, you received it in the Booking app chat, and you also received an email with instructions to download the Guest Advisor application.
This message contains your invitation code required for the first login.
In the application, you can complete the mandatory online check-in. As part of this process, you must scan the identification documents of all arriving guests.
To help you, we have also prepared a short video explaining the process:
WiFi
If you cannot find the Wi-Fi network name or your device is not connecting, please find the router in your apartment and restart it. To do this, unplug the device from the power source, wait at least 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. It may take a few minutes for the network to become available again.
