At the gate, use the intercom and enter: 14🔑 7343 .
Enter the building, go straight, then take the stairs or elevator to the 1st floor .
The entrance to the apartment is at the end of the corridor.
Between the entrance door and the barred door you will find a masterlock key safe with the apartment keys. The safe can be opened with the combination xxxx - THE KEY SAFE CODE CAN BE FOUND IN THE GUEST ADVISOR APP, CLICK ON THE "ROOM ACCESS" MENU ITEM WHEN THE APARTMENT IS READY .
Always roll the numbers after closing the key safe.

Online Check-In Guide
If you booked through Airbnb, you received a message in the platform’s chat. In case of a Booking.com reservation, you received it in the Booking app chat, and you also received an email with instructions to download the Guest Advisor application.
This message contains your invitation code required for the first login.
In the application, you can complete the mandatory online check-in. As part of this process, you must scan the identification documents of all arriving guests.
To help you, we have also prepared a short video explaining the process:

If you cannot find the Wi-Fi network name or your device is not connecting, please find the router in your apartment and restart it. To do this, unplug the device from the power source, wait at least 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. It may take a few minutes for the network to become available again.
