Access guide
As you enter the gate with key 111 code 0680, turn right, then enter the gate code again at staircase 74a.
Go up the stairs to the first floor, turn left, go along the corridor, and the entrance to the apartment will be on your left.
Open the brown cabinet next to the door, where you will find your key box attached to the wall.
You can open the key safe with the combination code found in the GUEST ADVISOR APP, in the "ROOM ACCESS" MENU, WHEN THE APARTMENT IS READY . Set the code, then pull the small lever, and the key box door will open. Always close the key box door after removing the key and turn the number pad so that unauthorized persons cannot find out.
Important Parking Information
There is ONLY ONE designated outdoor parking space available for guests in the courtyard (space 11). Please park only in the designated spot shown in the check-in instructions.
If you arrive with more than one car, additional vehicles must be parked outside the property. Free parking options are also available nearby.
⚠️ Please note: Parking in any other space in the courtyard is strictly prohibited, and incorrectly parked vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense.
We would like to inform you that, due to natural environmental conditions beyond our control, there is currently a higher-than-usual number of mosquitoes around the apartment, particularly on the balcony.
Unfortunately, this is not something we can directly control. Therefore, we kindly ask you to use the balcony at your own discretion and responsibility during your stay.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that if you use the kettle and grill located at the house, it is the guest's responsibility to clean them and return them in a clean condition. Please leave them in the same clean condition as you received them upon departure.
If the kettle or grill is returned in an improperly cleaned condition, we reserve the right to charge a surcharge of EUR 200.

Online Check-In Guide
If you booked through Airbnb, you received a message in the platform’s chat. In case of a Booking.com reservation, you received it in the Booking app chat, and you also received an email with instructions to download the Guest Advisor application.
This message contains your invitation code required for the first login.
In the application, you can complete the mandatory online check-in. As part of this process, you must scan the identification documents of all arriving guests.
To help you, we have also prepared a short video explaining the process:

If you cannot find the Wi-Fi network name or your device is not connecting, please find the router in your apartment and restart it. To do this, unplug the device from the power source, wait at least 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. It may take a few minutes for the network to become available again.

Transport
It is easy to reach Beszédes József Promenade (Siófok) from Budapest by car, the journey usually takes 1–1.5 hours depending on traffic.
The easiest route is on the M7 motorway towards Lake Balaton. Drive along the M7 to Siófok, then exit at the Siófok East exit. From here, heading towards the shore of Lake Balaton, in the direction of Petőfi Promenade, you can reach Beszédes József Promenade in a few minutes.

Parking: Parking space No. 11 is available for you in the courtyard.
Additional parking: Street parking is free from Szent László Street towards the railway tracks. Parking on Beszédes József Promenade and from there towards Lake Balaton is paid.
Szent László Street is only one street away from the apartment, making it a convenient free parking option for guests arriving with more than one car.
