Each month we prepare a detailed settlement including all items, which we send to our clients by email.

How can I follow up on my property?

The system is fully transparent, as all income and bookings are traceable from communication to reviews. The owner never loses physical access, so the property can also be personally checked from time to time.

How does the key handover and guest entry work?

Entry is provided via a key safe or an insured smart lock. In addition, every guest receives an access link where all essential information is available for their apartment , along with a detailed video guide. This ensures a smooth and easy arrival.

Is there an option for premium services for guests?

On request we provide special amenities (such as wine or coffee capsules, as well as private airport transfers). These all enhance the guest experience and contribute to higher ratings.

What happens if a guest damages my apartment?

If a guest causes damage, we submit the claim to the relevant authority, which, in justified cases, deducts the amount directly from the guest’s account.The compensation for the covered damages goes to YOU, while WE take care of the repairs.At present, our compensation rate for damages is 100%.

Can I stay in my own apartment?

Of course, but prior arrangement is required to check whether there is already a booking for the given date.

THE KEY SAFE CODE CAN BE FOUND IN THE GUEST ADVISOR APP, CLICK ON THE “ROOM ACCESS” MENU ITEM AFTER 3:00 PM.

Go straight and then use the elevator to go up to the 3rd floor.

Exit the elevator, turn left, go through the trapdoor, go down the hallway, and then exit through the 4th trapdoor, the last door will be the apartment.

TIP:

When locking the door, first pull the handle up and then turn the key!

If you booked through Airbnb, you received a message in the platform’s chat. In case of a Booking.com reservation, you received it in the Booking app chat, and you also received an email with instructions to download the Guest Advisor application.

This message contains your invitation code required for the first login.

In the application, you can complete the mandatory online check-in. As part of this process, you must scan the identification documents of all arriving guests.

If you cannot find the Wi-Fi network name or your device is not connecting, please find the router in your apartment and restart it. To do this, unplug the device from the power source, wait at least 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. It may take a few minutes for the network to become available again.

From Liszt Ferenc International Airport, bus 100E arrives at Deák Ferenc Square in about 35–40 minutes, from where the accommodation is an 8–10 minute walk away.

Street parking is available in a paid zone on weekdays between 8:00 and 22:00. Typically free on weekends. Payment at a machine or with a mobile app. Alternative: Astoria Parking Lot – 1053 Budapest, Kossuth Lajos utca 19–21., approx. 6 minutes walk.
