To open the gate, use the intercom keypad, enter: 10🔑 3874 . This will allow you to enter the building. Go straight and then take the stairs to the 2nd floor .
When you reach the 2nd floor, turn right and you will find the entrance door to the apartment there.

Smart lock usage
There is a smart lock on the apartment door. The personal access code will be available in the GuestAdvisor app on the day of arrival , after completing guest registration.
Door opening:
Touch the panel with two fingers to activate the display.
Enter the access code you received in GuestAdvisor.
Press the handle and open the door .
Important:
The door will automatically close 10 seconds after closing.
To fully engage the safety latches , pull up on the handle after closing.
Please use the airbnb/booking chat interface as your primary communication channel.
Online Check-In Guide
If you booked through Airbnb, you received a message in the platform’s chat. In case of a Booking.com reservation, you received it in the Booking app chat, and you also received an email with instructions to download the Guest Advisor application.
This message contains your invitation code required for the first login.
In the application, you can complete the mandatory online check-in. As part of this process, you must scan the identification documents of all arriving guests.
To help you, we have also prepared a short video explaining the process:

If you cannot find the Wi-Fi network name or your device is not connecting, please find the router in your apartment and restart it. To do this, unplug the device from the power source, wait at least 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. It may take a few minutes for the network to become available again.

Street parking is available in a paid zone between 8:00 and 22:00 on weekdays. Usually free on weekends. Alternative: Corvin Plaza Parking Lot – 1082 Budapest, Futó utca 37-45.
