The key safe can be opened with the code found in the GuestAdvisor app .
If you are coming from below, from Örvényes–Balatonudvari, start from the Laci Pince Csárda. Enter Pirk Vendégház in Google Maps and go in that direction. Go up the road, then when you see the llama picture, turn right there. From here, please follow the video and then turn left at the first opportunity – the house you see there is yours.
THE KEY SAFE CODE CAN BE FOUND IN THE GUEST ADVISOR APP. CLICK ON THE “ROOM ACCESS” MENU.
Please use the booking platform chat interface as your primary communication channel.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that if you use the kettle and grill located at the house, it is the guest's responsibility to clean them and return them in a clean condition. Please leave them in the same clean condition as you received them upon departure.
If the kettle or grill is returned in an improperly cleaned condition, we reserve the right to charge a surcharge of EUR 200.

Online Check-In Guide
If you booked through Airbnb, you received a message in the platform’s chat. In case of a Booking.com reservation, you received it in the Booking app chat, and you also received an email with instructions to download the Guest Advisor application.
This message contains your invitation code required for the first login.
In the application, you can complete the mandatory online check-in. As part of this process, you must scan the identification documents of all arriving guests.
To help you, we have also prepared a short video explaining the process:

If you cannot find the Wi-Fi network name or your device is not connecting, please find the router in your apartment and restart it. To do this, unplug the device from the power source, wait at least 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. It may take a few minutes for the network to become available again.

Budapestről Balatonudvariba autóval könnyen megközelíthető, az út általában 1,5–2 órát vesz igénybe a forgalomtól függően.A legegyszerűbb útvonal az M7-es autópályán vezet a Balaton irányába. Haladj az M7-esen, majd a Balatonvilágos/Balatonfűzfő lehajtónál térj le. Innen a 71-es főúton haladj tovább a Balaton északi partján Balatonfüred irányába, majd onnan néhány perc alatt elérhető Balatonudvari.
