Use the intercom at the gate, enter: 17🔑2024
This will take you into the building. Once inside, go straight.
The apartment is located on the ground floor, opposite, in the left corner.
You can open the front door with the combination 4235# on the smart lock.
Smart Lock 1 – common entrance door.
Opening the door:
Touch the panel with two fingers to activate the display.
Enter the code provided above .
Press the handle and open the door .
Important:
The lock will automatically lock 10 seconds after closing .
To fully lock the safety latches , pull up on the handle after closing.
Entering the hallway, the apartment is the first door on the left.
Smart Lock 2 – guide
The apartment is equipped with a smart door lock .
Your personal access code will be available on the day of arrival, after completing your GuestAdvisor registration.
Opening the door:
Tap the panel to activate.
Enter the code you received in GuestAdvisor .
Turn the handle fully in the opening direction.
Open the door.
Closing the door when leaving:
Touch the panel again .
Enter the same code .
Turn the handle completely in the opposite direction.
The door is locked.
THE LOCK CODE CAN BE FOUND IN THE GUEST ADVISOR APP, IN THE "ROOM ACCESS" MENU.
Please use the airbnb/booking chat interface as your primary communication channel.
Online Check-In Guide
If you booked through Airbnb, you received a message in the platform’s chat. In case of a Booking.com reservation, you received it in the Booking app chat, and you also received an email with instructions to download the Guest Advisor application.
This message contains your invitation code required for the first login.
In the application, you can complete the mandatory online check-in. As part of this process, you must scan the identification documents of all arriving guests.
To help you, we have also prepared a short video explaining the process:

If you cannot find the Wi-Fi network name or your device is not connecting, please find the router in your apartment and restart it. To do this, unplug the device from the power source, wait at least 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. It may take a few minutes for the network to become available again.

Street parking is available in a paid zone on weekdays between 8:00 and 22:00. Typically free on weekends. Payment at a machine or with a mobile app. Alternative: Corvin Plaza Parking Lot – 1082 Budapest, Futó utca 37–45., approx. 6–8 minutes walk.
