A kulcsszéfet a GUEST ADVISOR ALKALMAZÁSBAN TALÁLHATÓ KÓDDAL, A "ROOM ACCESS" MENÜPONTBAN, AMIKOR A LAKÁS ELKÉSZÜLT kombinációval tudja kinyitni.

Kérjük, elsődleges kommunikációs csatornaként az airbnb/booking chat felületet használja.

Online Check-In Guide
If you booked through Airbnb, you received a message in the platform’s chat. In case of a Booking.com reservation, you received it in the Booking app chat, and you also received an email with instructions to download the Guest Advisor application.
This message contains your invitation code required for the first login.
In the application, you can complete the mandatory online check-in. As part of this process, you must scan the identification documents of all arriving guests.
To help you, we have also prepared a short video explaining the process:
WiFi
If you cannot find the Wi-Fi network name or your device is not connecting, please find the router in your apartment and restart it. To do this, unplug the device from the power source, wait at least 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. It may take a few minutes for the network to become available again.

Indulás Budapestről az M7-es autópálya irányába, majd haladj a Balaton felé. Az M7-es autópályán haladj Siófok irányába, majd a Balaton nyugati része felé tovább. A megfelelő lehajtónál térj le Tapolca irányába, és kövesd a főutat a Balaton északi partján. Tapolca közelében kövesd a Káptalantóti irányába mutató táblákat. A településre beérve hajts rá a Petőfi utcára, majd haladj tovább a 3-as számig, ahol az úti célod található.
