If you are facing the gate, a few steps to the right you will find a black key safe on the wall. Please open it with the following code: 08336278 🔑
Then take out the proxy inside and touch it to the black doorbell on the left. The gate will open.
Go up the stairs, then turn right in the courtyard, the apartment is the white door on the corner.
The code is: SMARTLOCK CODE IS IN THE GUEST ADVISOR APPLICATION, CLICK ON "ROOM ACCESS" WHEN THE APARTMENTS IS READY . Always mix the numbers after closing.

Online Check-In Guide
If you booked through Airbnb, you received a message in the platform’s chat. In case of a Booking.com reservation, you received it in the Booking app chat, and you also received an email with instructions to download the Guest Advisor application.
This message contains your invitation code required for the first login.
In the application, you can complete the mandatory online check-in. As part of this process, you must scan the identification documents of all arriving guests.
To help you, we have also prepared a short video explaining the process:

If you cannot find the Wi-Fi network name or your device is not connecting, please find the router in your apartment and restart it. To do this, unplug the device from the power source, wait at least 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. It may take a few minutes for the network to become available again.
