Use the intercom at the gate, enter: 12🔑 5605. This will allow you to enter the building.
Go straight and then get into the elevator. Press the "FE" button and you will arrive at the mezzanine. (This is between the ground floor and the first floor.)
Exit the elevator, turn right, then left at the corner, continue straight and you will find the apartment door with a large yellow sticker.
There is a key safe with the keys next to the door. It can be opened with the following combination: LOCKBOX CODE IS IN THE GUEST ADVISOR APPLICATION, CLICK ON "ROOM ACCESS" WHEN THE APARTMENTS IS READY
Please always close the key safe and roll the numbers.
TIP:
When closing the door, first pull the handle up and then turn the key.
Please use the airbnb/booking chat interface as your primary communication channel.
Online Check-In Guide
If you booked through Airbnb, you received a message in the platform’s chat. In case of a Booking.com reservation, you received it in the Booking app chat, and you also received an email with instructions to download the Guest Advisor application.
This message contains your invitation code required for the first login.
In the application, you can complete the mandatory online check-in. As part of this process, you must scan the identification documents of all arriving guests.

If you cannot find the Wi-Fi network name or your device is not connecting, please find the router in your apartment and restart it. To do this, unplug the device from the power source, wait at least 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. It may take a few minutes for the network to become available again.
