Use the intercom at the gate to enter, the code is: 17 🔑 9578 .
Take the elevator or stairs to the 1st floor .
Upon arrival, go straight almost to the end of the corridor. The entrance to the apartment is on the left, a white door with a black grille and a smart handle/lock .
Door opening:
Touch the panel with two fingers to activate the display.
Enter the access code you received in GuestAdvisor.
Press the handle and open the door .
Important:
The door will automatically close 10 seconds after closing.
To fully engage the safety latches , pull up on the handle after closing.
Touch the smart lock display and enter: CODE IS IN THE GUEST ADVISOR APPLICATION, CLICK ON "ROOM ACCESS" WHEN THE APARTMENTS IS READY
Open the door and enter the apartment. Use this combination every time you open the front door.

Online Check-In Guide
If you booked through Airbnb, you received a message in the platform’s chat. In case of a Booking.com reservation, you received it in the Booking app chat, and you also received an email with instructions to download the Guest Advisor application.
This message contains your invitation code required for the first login.
In the application, you can complete the mandatory online check-in. As part of this process, you must scan the identification documents of all arriving guests.
To help you, we have also prepared a short video explaining the process:
WiFi
If you cannot find the Wi-Fi network name or your device is not connecting, please find the router in your apartment and restart it. To do this, unplug the device from the power source, wait at least 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. It may take a few minutes for the network to become available again.
