To open the main entrance door, use the intercom, the combination is: 22 🔑 1853 . Go to the end of the courtyard, then enter the building marked 31/b .
The code for the intercom is the combination above. Use the elevator and go up to the third floor.
Exit the elevator and turn left, and the first door on the left is your apartment. The key is in the masterlock safe upstairs, the code is xxxx THE KEY SAFE CODE CAN BE FOUND IN THE GUEST ADVISOR APP, CLICK ON THE “ROOM ACCESS” MENU ITEM WHEN THE APARTMENT IS READY .
IMPORTANT: THE KEY SAFE CODE SHOWN IN THE VIDEO IS NOT VALID, THE CURRENT CODE CAN BE FOUND IN THE GUEST ADVISOR APP!

Online Check-In Guide
If you booked through Airbnb, you received a message in the platform’s chat. In case of a Booking.com reservation, you received it in the Booking app chat, and you also received an email with instructions to download the Guest Advisor application.
This message contains your invitation code required for the first login.
In the application, you can complete the mandatory online check-in. As part of this process, you must scan the identification documents of all arriving guests.

If you cannot find the Wi-Fi network name or your device is not connecting, please find the router in your apartment and restart it. To do this, unplug the device from the power source, wait at least 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. It may take a few minutes for the network to become available again.
