To open the gate, use the intercom keypad and enter: 66🔑9973 . This will allow you to enter the building. Go straight and then take the stairs to the 1st floor. Turn right, continue into the second part of the building, then turn left at the corner.
Next to the barred door, on the wall, there is a key safe with the apartment keys. You can open the key safe with the following combination: LOCKBOX CODE IS IN THE GUEST ADVISOR APPLICATION, CLICK ON "ROOM ACCESS" WHEN THE APARTMENTS IS READY .
Please always close the barred door.
TIP:
When closing the door, first pull the handle up, then turn the key!

Online Check-In Guide
If you booked through Airbnb, you received a message in the platform’s chat. In case of a Booking.com reservation, you received it in the Booking app chat, and you also received an email with instructions to download the Guest Advisor application.
This message contains your invitation code required for the first login.
In the application, you can complete the mandatory online check-in. As part of this process, you must scan the identification documents of all arriving guests.
To help you, we have also prepared a short video explaining the process:

If you cannot find the Wi-Fi network name or your device is not connecting, please find the router in your apartment and restart it. To do this, unplug the device from the power source, wait at least 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. It may take a few minutes for the network to become available again.
