To open the gate, use the UPPER intercom on the right and enter: 15 🔑 0435
This will allow you to enter the building. The apartment is on the left side, the number 5 is visible on the front door.
The keys are in the masterlock safe located next to the entrance. The code is: xxxx - THE KEY SAFE CODE CAN BE FOUND IN THE GUEST ADVISOR APP, CLICK ON THE “ROOM ACCESS” MENU ITEM WHEN THE APARTMENT IS READY
Things to know:
-The touch panel at the entrance does not give a sound or light signal. Enter the code and do not wait for a response, push the door in immediately.
-To lock the door, you must pull the handle up – always set the combination after opening the Masterlock safe.

Online Check-In Guide
If you booked through Airbnb, you received a message in the platform’s chat. In case of a Booking.com reservation, you received it in the Booking app chat, and you also received an email with instructions to download the Guest Advisor application.
This message contains your invitation code required for the first login.
In the application, you can complete the mandatory online check-in. As part of this process, you must scan the identification documents of all arriving guests.
To help you, we have also prepared a short video explaining the process:

If you cannot find the Wi-Fi network name or your device is not connecting, please find the router in your apartment and restart it. To do this, unplug the device from the power source, wait at least 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. It may take a few minutes for the network to become available again.

Street parking is paid on weekdays between 8:00 and 22:00. Typically free on weekends. Payment at a machine or with a mobile app. Alternative: Pollack Underground Parking – 1088 Budapest, Pollack Mihály tér 3., approx. 6 minutes walk.
