The main gate is always open and can be pulled by hand.
Enter through the gate, walk past the building and turn right. You can enter through the door on the terrace — the key safe is located there.
The key safe is located next to the door.
The keys are in a masterlock box. The code can be found in the Guest Advisor app — click on “Room access” when the apartment becomes available.

Online Check-In Guide
If you booked through Airbnb, you received a message in the platform’s chat. In case of a Booking.com reservation, you received it in the Booking app chat, and you also received an email with instructions to download the Guest Advisor application.
This message contains your invitation code required for the first login.
In the application, you can complete the mandatory online check-in. As part of this process, you must scan the identification documents of all arriving guests.
To help you, we have also prepared a short video explaining the process:

If you cannot find the Wi-Fi network name or your device is not connecting, please find the router in your apartment and restart it. To do this, unplug the device from the power source, wait at least 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. It may take a few minutes for the network to become available again.
