To enter the building, use the intercom keypad and enter: 68🔑6473 .
This will open the main gate. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor .
Take the elevator up, then go through the two double doors on the left . Turn left and follow the corridor until it curves left again.
You will find the entrance door on the left , marked 4A .
You can open the door with the following combination xxxx SMARTLOCK CODE, WHICH CAN BE FOUND IN THE GUEST ADVISOR APP – CLICK ON THE “ROOM ACCESS” MENU ITEM WHEN THE APARTMENT IS READY .

Opening the door:
– Enter the given code on the keyboard
– Then press the pound key (#)
– The lock opens and you can enter
Closing the door:
– Close the door.
– Pull the handle firmly.
– The lock locks automatically — no code or button required
Please use the airbnb/booking chat interface as your primary communication channel.
Online Check-In Guide
If you booked through Airbnb, you received a message in the platform’s chat. In case of a Booking.com reservation, you received it in the Booking app chat, and you also received an email with instructions to download the Guest Advisor application.
This message contains your invitation code required for the first login.
In the application, you can complete the mandatory online check-in. As part of this process, you must scan the identification documents of all arriving guests.
To help you, we have also prepared a short video explaining the process:

If you cannot find the Wi-Fi network name or your device is not connecting, please find the router in your apartment and restart it. To do this, unplug the device from the power source, wait at least 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. It may take a few minutes for the network to become available again.

Street parking is available in a paid zone on weekdays between 8:00 and 22:00. Typically free on weekends. Payment at a parking meter or via mobile app. Alternative: Astoria Parking Lot – 1053 Budapest, Kossuth Lajos utca 19–21., approx. 4 minutes walk.
