Upon arrival at the specified address, you will find the key safe between the two garage doors .
The key safe can be opened with the code found in the GuestAdvisor app .
The garage door on the right is yours. If you are arriving by car, you can open the garage door with the remote control and park inside. If you are not arriving by car, you can also enter through the door built into the garage door.
After entering the garage door, walk a little further inside. The first door on the left is yours. After opening the door, go up the stairs to the first floor , where the first apartment on the left will be your apartment.
THE KEY SAFE CODE CAN BE FOUND IN THE GUEST ADVISOR APP. CLICK ON THE “ROOM ACCESS” MENU.

Online Check-In Guide
If you booked through Airbnb, you received a message in the platform’s chat. In case of a Booking.com reservation, you received it in the Booking app chat, and you also received an email with instructions to download the Guest Advisor application.
This message contains your invitation code required for the first login.
In the application, you can complete the mandatory online check-in. As part of this process, you must scan the identification documents of all arriving guests.
To help you, we have also prepared a short video explaining the process:

If you cannot find the Wi-Fi network name or your device is not connecting, please find the router in your apartment and restart it. To do this, unplug the device from the power source, wait at least 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. It may take a few minutes for the network to become available again.
