To open the gate, use the intercom keypad and enter:
20🔑 3424 . This will allow you into the building.
Go up to the 3rd floor . Turn left, then right. The apartment door is in the right-hand corner.
In front of the door, on the grille, you will find a key safe with the keys to the apartment. The key safe can be opened with the code found in the Guest Advisor app - click on the "Room access" menu item when the apartment becomes available.
TIP:
When locking the door, first pull the handle up, then turn the key.
Please use the booking platform chat interface as your primary communication channel.
Online Check-In Guide
If you booked through Airbnb, you received a message in the platform’s chat. In case of a Booking.com reservation, you received it in the Booking app chat, and you also received an email with instructions to download the Guest Advisor application.
This message contains your invitation code required for the first login.
In the application, you can complete the mandatory online check-in. As part of this process, you must scan the identification documents of all arriving guests.
To help you, we have also prepared a short video explaining the process:
WiFi
If you cannot find the Wi-Fi network name or your device is not connecting, please find the router in your apartment and restart it. To do this, unplug the device from the power source, wait at least 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. It may take a few minutes for the network to become available again.

Street parking is possible in a paid zone on weekdays between 8:00 and 22:00. Typically free on weekends. Payment at a machine or with a mobile app. Alternative: Guarded Parking House – 1076 Budapest, Jobbágy utca 13., approx. 1 minute walk.
