Login guide
The key safe is located at 18-20 Bacsó Béla utca , directly under the large "PARKING" sign .
Your key safe is the second large black box from the left in the top row .
You can find the code in the Guest Advisor app .
Open the box and take out the key.
Exit the garage and turn right .
Go straight until you see a green metal gate on your right.
Hold the proxy against the black panel on the left side of the gate — the gate will open.
Go inside, then turn right and enter the white door .
The elevator is on the right — go up to the 1st floor .
After exiting the elevator , walk along the corridor on the right side of the stairs .
Go all the way to the end of the corridor and then turn left .
Continue straight ahead, you will find apartment 121 at the end of the corridor.

Online Check-In Guide
If you booked through Airbnb, you received a message in the platform’s chat. In case of a Booking.com reservation, you received it in the Booking app chat, and you also received an email with instructions to download the Guest Advisor application.
This message contains your invitation code required for the first login.
In the application, you can complete the mandatory online check-in. As part of this process, you must scan the identification documents of all arriving guests.
To help you, we have also prepared a short video explaining the process:
WiFi
If you cannot find the Wi-Fi network name or your device is not connecting, please find the router in your apartment and restart it. To do this, unplug the device from the power source, wait at least 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. It may take a few minutes for the network to become available again.

Street parking is available in a paid zone on weekdays between 8:00 and 22:00. Mostly free on weekends. Payment at a machine or with a mobile app. Alternative: Corvin Plaza Parking Lot – 1082 Budapest, Futó utca 37–45., approx. 8 minutes walk.
