To open the gate, use the intercom keypad and enter: 99🔑 9999. This will take you into the building. Go straight and you will find the key safe under the mailboxes. You can open the key safe with the code — THE CODE CAN BE FOUND IN THE GUEST ADVISOR APP, IN THE “ROOM ACCESS” MENU ITEM, AFTER THE APARTMENT IS READY.
Please always lock the key safe and reset the code to 0000. Continue straight to the barred door. Touch the proxy to the white sensor to open it. The apartment door is the second on the right.
Tip:
To lock the door, first pull the handle up and then turn the key. When leaving, touch the proxy again at the barred door. Please use the Airbnb/Booking messaging interface primarily for communication. In case of an emergency or if we do not respond within 30 minutes:

Online Check-In Guide
If you booked through Airbnb, you received a message in the platform’s chat. In case of a Booking.com reservation, you received it in the Booking app chat, and you also received an email with instructions to download the Guest Advisor application.
This message contains your invitation code required for the first login.
In the application, you can complete the mandatory online check-in. As part of this process, you must scan the identification documents of all arriving guests.
To help you, we have also prepared a short video explaining the process:
WiFi
If you cannot find the Wi-Fi network name or your device is not connecting, please find the router in your apartment and restart it. To do this, unplug the device from the power source, wait at least 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. It may take a few minutes for the network to become available again.

Street parking is available in a paid zone on weekdays between 8:00 and 22:00. Mostly free on weekends. Payment at a machine or with a mobile app. Alternative: Corvin Plaza Parking Lot – 1082 Budapest, Futó utca 37–45., approx. 8 minutes walk.
