Please use the proxy to open the gate, which is in the key box under the doorbell, in the box on the right.
You can open the key box with this code: 5739.
Take the elevator to the 4th floor and turn left.
1. Entry through the barred door:
There is a key safe on the barred door, containing the key needed to open the barred door.
Key safe code: 2061
Enter the code, then pull the lever down to open
Take the key to open the grille
Always lock the key safe and roll the numbers
When checking out, please return the key to the safe.
2. Apartment door – smart handle:
The apartment door is equipped with a smart lock (no physical key required).
To open: enter the code found in the Guest Advisor app , then press #
The handle will release and you can enter.
To close: simply pull up on the handle

Note: the barred door has two locks, the top one is used. The smaller, thicker key opens it. Please also close the barred door when you leave.
Please use the airbnb/booking chat interface as your primary communication channel.
Online Check-In Guide
If you booked through Airbnb, you received a message in the platform’s chat. In case of a Booking.com reservation, you received it in the Booking app chat, and you also received an email with instructions to download the Guest Advisor application.
This message contains your invitation code required for the first login.
In the application, you can complete the mandatory online check-in. As part of this process, you must scan the identification documents of all arriving guests.
To help you, we have also prepared a short video explaining the process:

If you cannot find the Wi-Fi network name or your device is not connecting, please find the router in your apartment and restart it. To do this, unplug the device from the power source, wait at least 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. It may take a few minutes for the network to become available again.
